A weekend at Forster

We had a lovely weekend at Forster with family. I discovered a plant with pink spotted leaves, and a nearby beach had the most amazing different rocks!

Soccer and gardening

Chicken no. 2 had a fabulous weekend of soccer at the National Primary Games.

And there's been some busy helpers in the garden.

Look closely and you can see a sharp purple spike on this green caterpillar!

Busy bees

We've had some rain, and the bees are madly gathering pollen from the new flush of flowers. It's lovely to stand in the sunshine with your eyes closed and just listen to the hum of the bees...
