Every mother's heart is warmed when they hear their child spelling out loud for the first time. Littlest chicken confidently announced today "p-o-o. It's a swear word." I had to hide my face rather quickly...
Oh, and Happy Easter! My bold statement about no chocolate this Easter turned out to be complete and utter rubbish. But you already knew that would happen, didn't you? You wise person, you. Never mind, those chocolate eggs are good for illustrating the new life we are celebrating today. And the empty tomb, and the stone that was rolled away... I didn't realise a simple egg could represent so many things!
And on another topic, I'm looking forward to snuggling up with a book as the weather gets cooler... with these babies on! How cool, eh? Thanks to my clever sister-in-law.
